Independent Custody Visiting Scheme Annual Report 2024-2025 - Decision - 27 - 2025
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) is required to operate an Independent Custody Visiting Scheme to ensure independent checks are made on the welfare of detainees in police custody. The OPCC is also required to produce an Annual Report on the work of the scheme in line with the Home Office Code of Practice Guidelines.
