Police and Crime Plan for Suffolk 2025-2029
The Police and Crime Commissioner has published the fourth Police and Crime Plan.
This new plan sets out the priorities for policing in Suffolk over the next four years. It follows important principles of policing but is designed to meet the needs of the county. The plan includes a system to check progress and results, so the PCC can make sure the Chief Constable is delivering on these priorities.
The plan gives the constabulary clear guidance and helps the public understand the PCC’s goals: to make Suffolk a safer place in which to live, work, travel, and invest.

Monitoring performance
We regularly check how well the Police and Crime Plan is being delivered. This includes reviewing progress against key priorities and measuring results through clear evidence. By doing this, the Police and Crime Commissioner can make sure the plan is working and hold the Chief Constable to account.
