The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) is required by the Police Act 1996 to publish details of collaboration agreements.

 

In this regard the PCC has entered into the following collaboration agreements with Norfolk PCC, Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary.

1. Collaboration in relation to the South East and Eastern Region Police Insurance Consortium – agreement made on 12 May 2021.

The PCC has entered into the following collaboration agreement with the Chief Constable and Police Authority of the Civil Nuclear Constabulary and the Chief Constable and Police and Crime Commissioner of six  other geographical forces (Avon & Somerset, Cleveland, Cumbria, Kent, Lancashire and Thames Valley).

1. Collaboration over the provision of policing resources from the Civil Nuclear Constabulary – 30 May 2017.

 

The PCC has also entered into the following collaboration agreement with the Chief Constable and the Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (Suffolk County Council).

1. A Collaboration Agreement in relation to Small Unmanned Surveillance Aircraft with effect from 1 February 2018.

2. A Collaboration Agreement in relation to Unmanned Aircraft Systems with effect from 1 February 2023.

Collaboration agreements entered into by the Police Authority between April 2010 and November 2012.

 

The Police Authority also entered into a collaboration agreement with other police forces and authorities throughout England and Wales for the purposes of the National Police Air Service, to be effective from 1 October 2012.
