General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The PCC has designated his Chief Executive, Christopher Jackson as the Data Protection Officer to take responsibility for data protection compliance within his office.

The Chief Executive is also authorised by the PCC to keep this policy under continuous review and to revise and reissue the policy as he considers necessary.
