Control Room and Shared Services debate

A public meeting of the Police and Crime Commissioners for Suffolk and Norfolk was held at  Suffolk Constabulary Headquarters on Thursday 27 February.

The main item for discussion was an update on the Norfolk and Suffolk change programme and business cases for a collaborated Control Room and a Shared Services Partnership for Norfolk and Suffolk.

Following the meeting Suffolk’s Police and Crime Commissioner, Tim Passmore said, “There are various options being worked up by the two Chief Constables and their teams.  I will carefully consider their proposals and will make my decision based on what is best for the people of Suffolk.”

He added, “If you have a view on the proposals you can contact me.”

The papers from the meeting are available here.
