Suffolk’s Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC), Tim Passmore, has welcomed the findings of an inspection of police custody provision in Norfolk and Suffolk.

A major grant commissioned by Police and Crime Commissioner Tim Passmore to support victims of domestic violence and abuse, has been awarded to Leeway Domestic Violence and Abuse Services. The new contract takes effect today (Monday October 1).

Notice is given that the audit of the Statements of Accounts of the above-mentioned bodies for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 has been concluded. The Statements of Accounts are available for inspection by any local government elector for the area of the specified bodies at Suffolk Police Headquarters, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 3QS on working days on and after 1 October 2018, between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm when any such elector may make copies of the Statements.

Following consideration by the Audit Committee on Thursday 20 September 2018 and external auditors, the Police and Crime Commissioner has approved his Statement of Accounts 2017-2018 (PDF, 1MB) and the Annual Governance Statement 2018 (PDF, 1MB). The Chief Constable has also approved his Statement of Accounts 2017-2018 (PDF, 921KB) and the Annual Governance Statement 2018 (PDF, 1005KB).
