PCC publishes Annual Report

The Police and Crime Commissioner’s 2014/2015 annual report has been published.

Tim Passmore said, “This has been a year of enormous change for policing in Suffolk.  This annual report provides a welcome opportunity to explain what has happened during the last financial year and describe the future policing landscape in our county.

“Financial restraints have encouraged us to do things differently and I have been very impressed by the Constabulary’s appetite to challenge working practices and continue to provide an efficient and effective police service.

He added. “Looking forward, the report explains how we will continue to invest in new technology, the estate and better training and equipment. By pooling resources across the public sector, coupled with the enthusiasm and dedication of our staff, we can be confident that Suffolk continues to be a safer place in which to live, work, travel and invest.”
