23 July 2014 HMIC grades Suffolk as Good in Responding to austerity report In a report published today (July 22 2014) , HM Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) found Suffolk Constabulary: is on track to achieve its required savings over the spending review period has plans in place to deliver all of the savings needed in 2014/15, however faces a challenge to meet the savings requirement for 2015/16 and beyond has a successful collaboration with Norfolk Constabulary, which continues to deliver financial and operational efficiencies has achieved a greater rate of crime reduction over the spending review in comparison to other forces, and victim satisfaction is higher than the figure for England and Wales.
