The Police and Crime Panel are notified of the PCC’s proposal to increase the precept by 5.1% in 2025/26, which equates to an increase of £13.95 a year for a Band D property. This proposal has been submitted for consideration at the Police and Crime Panel meeting scheduled for 31 January 2025.

This follows a review of the appointment by the Police and Crime Panel, and the unanimous decision of the panel to support the appointment of the chosen candidate by the PCC.
