COMMISSIONING OFFICER

OFFICE OF THE POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER

SALARY £37,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen to help the Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk commission a wide range of vital services, including for victims of crime, across Suffolk.

As the Commissioning Officer you will work closely with the Police and Crime Commissioner, his senior management team and partners across the county to deliver a complex and varied range of commissioned services aligned to the PCC’s Police and Crime Plan.

The successful candidate will provide advice, analysis and briefings to inform the PCC’s commissioning direction, strategy and contract management. They will also evaluate contract tender responses, grant applications and related monitoring data to commission and maintain appropriate service provision.
